Scrapallier is my freelance digital scrapbooking business that formally launched in 2009. My vision is to use my passion for scrapbooking and video technology to make the audience feel like they are on your side of the couch looking at your family scrapbooks when watching tribute videos. I also offer marketing and consulting services for small and large businesses.

First and foremost, I’m a wife and mom of two girls 6 and 3, plus a son in Heaven who would be 5. Until recently I worked full time in Strategy and Business Development for an advertising technology company. In 2008 I knew my job was going to be eliminated, along with too many other hard working Americans! So, I spent the year researching the scrapbook industry and trying to find a niche that would allow me to be creative and leverage my MBA/Product Management experience while working from home with consulting services among my services offered. I focus on completing three types of projects for my valued clients:

The Scrapallier Difference: I take the time to make each and every photo looks the best it can, which requires special artistic skills. Photo restoration can also be accomodated, timeline permitting, for an additional charge.

The lower cost solutions used at some funeral homes are developed by video producers. This means the design is usually video-centric with simple backgrounds or videos of nature. While they may have a nice tranquil mood they do make the lasting impression available through Scrapallier.

Most importantly, with Scrapallier you have the option of purchasing a scrapbook keepsake. And because it is designed digitally you can order one for each member of the family.

Why funerals? I think many might wonder, why funerals? My answer… “because I can.” I think it is part of God “working things together for good, for those that love him and are called according to his purposes.” After our son Gabe died I gained a passion for helping others in this time of need--a desire I beleive God placed on my healed heart.

2. Digital Scrapbooks: Would you like to display family memories within beautiful scrapbooks but don't have the time to product multiple copies of pictures and books to share with the whole family?

Heritage scrapbooks are perfectly suited to digital scrapbooking. You don't need to spend a hundred or so hours creating second and third "copies" the way you do with paper scrapbooking. While most families have someone into scrapbooking, they are probably a paper scrapbooker and their talents vary. And most of us have a heritage scrapbook that keeps getting pushed down further on our to-do list. If you hire me to do it for you I can assure you I will get done quickly and professionally with the creative touches you desire to make it feel like your very own. Your entire extended family will thank you!

I can also create photo books for school groups such as cheerleading or football teams. This is another scenario where the cost can be shared among a group of people only instead of sharing between family, this time it is friends. Videos can also be made for end of school banquets with bound albums available to order.

Photobooks for all of life stages are available. I've heard that people's earliest memories are at age three or four. My youngest daughter is four and I want to nurture her memories. I don't want her to be like me and hardly remember anything!

My theory is that as her mom I can influence what she remembers. And because memory is transient, in that unused information fades over time, I must stay on top of scrapbooking! Her big sister, loves to look at and talk about the scrapbooks, and I think she has an amazing memory because of them. 3. Freelance Consulting, Marketing and Advertising: Looking for affordable and competent marketing talent?

I'm a little bit of a unique personality in that I am not sure whether I'm more right brained or left brained. I have a highly analytical side to me. One of my talents is the ability to ask the right questions, research, make sense of what appears to be just a bunch of data to most people, draw conclusions, and tell the story. It doesn't really matter what the market is, but I'm partial to online strategy, Internet applications and advertising and have a lot to offer companies with their technology strategy.
